Questions to Ask When Visiting
The quickest method to obtain your order is to purchase online and pick it up at the curb! The quickest method to obtain the products is to order online and pick them up in-store. For delivery orders, we only take cash. If you place an order for pick-up, you can pay with a debit card. Prior to delivery, all orders needed client authentication.
Dispensary NV will contact you through text message or phone call. Contact the location where you placed your order for updates. Orders ordered before 7 p.m. in Decatur, Henderson, and Reno are delivered the same day. After 7 p.m. in Decatur, Henderson, or Reno, orders will be delivered the next business day.
Your driver will phone or contact you shortly before arriving when a Dispensary employee has confirmed your order. For the sake of everyone’s health and safety, we’re urging customers to meet drivers in their vehicles right now.
Process for Ordering Delivery in Henderson and Decatur.
- Step 1: Place an order for delivery from one of our Henderson or Decatur locations online.
- Step 2: Dutchie will send you an order confirmation SMS with your order number.
- Step 3: If you’re new to Hytiva, you’ll get a text message asking you to confirm your account and information before continuing with your transaction. we sent you a text message with a link.
- Step 4: Create an account with Hytiva by providing an email address and a password.
- Step 5: Double-check your address. After that, you’re good to go!
Anyone above the age of 21, with proper identification! Children are not permitted in the car for curbside collection, according to Steve Sisolak’s directions. When your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you a text message to let you know to come on over. Don’t forget to bring your personal ID and phone; you’ll need to show our customer care representative at the parking lot both your ID and the pick-up text message.
To make things easier for you, we’ve created a cashless ATM service that allows you to use your debit card instead of cash. You may still pay in cash – we simply need precise change to the closest dollar. Debit transactions are subject to a $3.50 charge.
Customers must supply their own phone number in order to get loyalty points. It is against company policy to share phone numbers or loyalty points with consumers. You may be paid to refer new clients to The Dispensary! For each referral, you will receive a $10 discount and 300 loyalty points.
